Interior signs are important to you and your customers. Why?

Perhaps your customers or clients are trying to find their way around your facility…do you have the proper way finding signage posted where they expect to see it? Don’t let a lack of directional signage frustrate your customer and make your sale more difficult.

Your signage is an extension of your brand, if you are the best make sure your signage says that as well!

When designing your interior space you should consider the following types of signs:
- Interior corporate logos – don’t under estimate the value of prominently displayed sign in your lobby
- Office/room markers – make sure conference rooms, restrooms and office have a clear designation
- ADA signs – In the US ADA signage is required in certain areas, consult with your sign company to guarantee compliance
- Directories – if you are in a building with multiple tenants can your customer find you easily? Office directories can be helpful.

Here are some tips to help you choose your interior signs properly:
- Keep your interior signage current, don’t turn your customers/prospects off with an old or stale looking signs
- Keep your sign style consistent. Your way finding signage should compliment your interior corporate logos and other signs.
- The style of your interior signs should complement the interior design of your office space. Make sure that your signage is at or above the level of your interior design.
- Place your signs where your customers are going to expect them, help them navigate throughout your facility.
