Design Essentials is opening a new showroom in downtown Geneva and asked us to help create an attractive exterior.
To accomplish this we chose to remove the old awning and sign and replace them both. We chose a black awning with solid sides. This was an easy upgrade to the existing awning and the solid sides provide an elegant look.
Then we began designing the sign. Because this is an interior design studio we wanted to make sure the sign helped convey this. We used dimensional letters in two different thicknesses and a custom painted dimensional logo on a black backer. The combination of color and depth create a striking sign that is easy to read by both passing cars and the heavy pedestrian traffic in the area.
