As you may have read in our last article, Tipsi Monkey is a fun new bar in Bartlett, IL. One of the objectives of the owner was to create a fun atmosphere. The illuminated exterior sign looked good but there were many restrictions on what we could do so we really wanted to add some fun elements to the interior.
We helped create some cool graphics to enhance the feel. Over the bar we created a huge graphic saying : “Unleash Your Inner Monkey” with a huge shot of tequila next to it. We created a smaller version of this when you enter the bar and a huge graphic of a shot for one of the walls. On the interior and exterior windows we created color logos to spruce them up.
The owner used a local painter to decorate various monkeys all over the restaurant, some of them tucked away where you will only see them when you hunt for them. Then there are the decorated monkeys tucked away all over the restaurant as well. And if you happen to visit the Tipsi Monkey, make sure to turn around and look up after you enter
