How long does it take to get a sign?

It depends! Some signs require additional steps such as permiting. Channel letters typically take between 4 and 6 weeks to manufacture and install, plus the permitting time. Give us a call about your speciific project.

Do you install signs?

We install all types of signs. Exterior Monument signs, Wall signs, Channel letters, LED signs, Interior lobby signs, Wall murals and Frosting on glass.

Do I need to get a permit for my sign?

Many exterior signs require permits – We will pull the permit for you. Monument signs and Channel letters require a permit. Some wayfinding signs do not require permits. Call us to help determine if your sign would require a permit.

How much does an outside sign cost?

This also depends! Each sign is custom made to order; there are many options available, such as lit or non-lit, fabrication styles and size. Call us today to get started designing a sign for you.

Can I put up a banner while I'm waiting for my exterior sign to be made?

Yes! We can help you with a temporary banner. Some villages require a permit. Our team can help you determine if a permit is needed.

We need some privacy in our office because we have glass walls, can you help with that?

Yes! We can fully cover your glass, do partial patterns or even custom prints on frosted material. We can assist you with some options of what will works best for your office.

Do you offer a warranty for signs?

Most of our products come with at least a 2 yrs Parts and Labor warranty.

What do I need to have a Illuminated sign installed?

We will connect to an exisitng electrical line that is within (5) feet of the sign location. Most municipalities require a dedicated line. Your electrician will be able to run a dedicated line from your power box.

What steps are involved in creating the sign I want, and what is the typical time frame involved?

1) We will generate a mock-up to see if we are on the right track, 2) We will make and requested changes, 3) We will scale/size the sign and provided you with an estimate – This process typically takes just a few days or less.

Are you fully insured?

Yes we are. If your property needs to be listed an an additional insured, just let us know.

Are your products UL (Underwriters Laboratories) listed? If not, are they listed with another Nationally Recognized Testing Lab (NRLT)?

Yes – All LED products are UL certified.

Can you create a design for my vechicle?

Yes – We have a graphics design team. Using your logo artwork we can offer designs for a full wrap, partial wrap, or placed graphics. If you need help developing your logo we can connect you to a business partner who offers discounted rates to our clients.
